Terms and Conditions for Luxury World Stay LLC

Age Requirement

All guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation with Luxury World Stay LLC. We do not accept bookings from guests under the age of 21.

No Pets Policy

We love animals, but pets are not allowed in any of our properties. This policy ensures the comfort of all guests. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation submitted prior to arrival.

No Children Policy

Our properties are designed for adult guests. Children (under 21 years old) are not permitted to stay. This policy is in place to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all adults.

Maximum Occupancy 

Each property has a maximum occupancy limit of 2 guests per bedroom. No additional guests beyond the specified limit are allowed. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of payments.

Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed and paid in full at the time of reservation. A valid credit card is required for all bookings.

Identification

Upon booking, all guests must provide a valid government-issued ID matching the name on the booking. Failure to provide proper identification may result in the cancellation of your stay. We use your ID for the booking of your day trips and activities.

Smoking Policy 

Smoking is not permitted inside any of our properties. A designated smoking area may be provided outdoors. Violating this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

No Parties or Events 

Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect the peace and privacy of the neighborhood.

Tours & Activities

Tours and activities provided by Luxury World Stay LLC and our affiliates are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities in the event of unforeseen circumstances. All tours must be booked in advance and may require additional charges. Please inquire for up-to-date availability and additional information. Limit two activities per day, time permitting.

All-Inclusive Meal Overview
Guests booking an all-inclusive package with Luxury World Stay LLC are entitled to a daily meal with a $50 limit per person. This limit covers food items and any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.

Alcohol,  In-Home Snacks & Continental Breakfast

Upon arrival, alcohol, in-home snacks and continental breakfast is provided complimentary with limits as given, no restocking will be available during your stay. 

Cancellations & Refunds  

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund as per our cancellation policy.  No refund will be given after 30 days prior to arrival. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected changes to your plans.

Damage & Property Care  

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages, loss, or theft must be reported immediately. Luxury World Stay LLC reserves the right to charge the guest for any repairs or replacement of damaged items.

Transportation

Transportation services provided by Luxury World Stay LLC or our affiliates are subject to a maximum of 8 hours of drive time per day.

Liability

Luxury World Stay LLC is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your stay or while participating in activities or tours. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being while on the property and during excursions.

 Indemnification

By booking with Luxury World Stay LLC, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury World Stay LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, accidents, death or damages arising out of your stay, activities, or use of our services.

Agreement  

By booking a reservation with Luxury World Stay LLC, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property.
