What is included in an all-inclusive stay?

Each all-inclusive stay includes:

• A fully stocked fridge with ready-to-cook Italian meals.

• In-home regional wines and premium spirits

• Toiletries, linens, and amenities

Is the property private?
Yes, all of our homes are completely private. You will not share any part of the property with other guests.

Can I book for less than a week?
Yes, at this time, we offer stay's as short as (3 nights) to maintain the premium and uninterrupted experience of our guests.

Where are meals served?​

• Your villa includes a fully stocked fridge for meals at home and a curated selection of wines and spirits for you to enjoy at your leisure.

 

Are dietary restrictions accommodated?
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs with advance notice. Please email us at least one week prior to arrival with any restrictions.

Your villa includes a curated selection of regional wines, premium spirits, and liqueurs. 

Is there a designated smoking area?
Yes. While, smoking is not permitted inside the villa, guests are welcome to enjoy cigars or cigarettes on the rooftop terrace (Salisano) or the off bedroom balcony (Civitella San Paolo), which offers stunning views of the Sabine Mountains.

We recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. Salisano is approximately:

• 45 minutes from Rome

• 90 minutes from Fiumicino Airport (FCO)

We recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. Salisano is approximately:

• 35 minutes from Rome

• 60 minutes from Fiumicino Airport (FCO)

What should I pack?
Casual, comfortable clothing, especially for exploring the hill towns and castles. The home is fully equipped with towels, bedding, toiletries, hairdryer, and more.

 

Is there Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
Yes, the villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi.

What is your cancellation policy?

All paid prepayments are non-refundable. 50% due at time of booking if booking directly via our website. Remaining balance will be charged automatically 14 day(s) before arrival.

No security deposit is due unless a service animal has been approved in writing by management.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected changes to your plans.
