🏡 ABOUT OUR HOMES
Are the properties completely private?
Yes. Both Luxury World Stay homes are private accommodations reserved exclusively for you and the guests included in your Airbnb reservation. You will not share the home with other travelers.

Where are your homes located?
Our homes are located in authentic historic villages in the countryside surrounding Rome.
La Bella Casa — Salisano
Located in the medieval hill village of Salisano in the Sabina countryside.
Casa Castello — Civitella San Paolo
Located in the historic village of Civitella San Paolo, north of Rome.
Both offer a quieter, more authentic Italian experience while still keeping Rome within reach.

What is the minimum stay?
Minimum-stay requirements may vary by property, season, and availability.
Stays as short as two nights may be available. Your current minimum-stay requirement will always be shown directly on Airbnb when you enter your travel dates.

Are children allowed?
Our homes are designed for adult guests. Guests under 18 are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance.
Service or assistance animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and Airbnb requirements.

Do the homes have air conditioning?
Yes. Both Luxury World Stay homes are equipped with air conditioning for guest comfort during the warmer months.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Wi-Fi is included at both properties.

What is provided in the home?
Our homes are prepared for a comfortable stay and include essentials such as:

Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes. Both villages and the surrounding Sabina countryside offer authentic Italian restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries, and local markets.
One of the best parts of staying with Luxury World Stay is having the opportunity to experience everyday Italian village life rather than staying exclusively in Rome’s tourist areas.

Can I cook at the property?
Yes. Both homes include kitchens, allowing you to shop locally, prepare meals, and enjoy Italy at your own pace.

🧳 BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
How do I get to La Bella Casa in Salisano?
We recommend renting a car for the greatest flexibility.
Salisano is approximately:

• 45 minutes from Rome

• 90 minutes from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO)

Detailed arrival and check-in instructions are provided through Airbnb before your stay.

How do I get to Casa Castello in Civitella San Paolo?
We also recommend having a rental car if you plan to explore the surrounding countryside.
Civitella San Paolo is approximately:

• 35 minutes from Rome

• 60 minutes from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO)

Do I need a rental car?
A car is strongly recommended if you want to explore Sabina’s villages, restaurants, countryside, rivers, hiking areas, and nearby destinations at your own pace.
Depending on your plans, regional rail may also be useful for certain trips into Rome.

What should I pack?
Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended. Historic Italian villages often include hills, stone streets, stairs, and uneven surfaces.
Season-appropriate clothing for central Italy is also recommended.

Any activity booked through one of these providers is booked directly with that company and is subject to its own availability, pricing, terms, and cancellation policies.

How do I book a Luxury World Stay property?
All Luxury World Stay accommodation reservations are currently made exclusively through Airbnb.
Our Airbnb listings provide the most current information regarding:

• Cleaning fees

• Taxes

• Amenities

• House rules

• Cancellation policies

Can I book directly through Luxury World Stay?
No. At this time, we do not accept direct accommodation bookings through LuxuryWorldStay.com.
All stays must be booked and paid for through Airbnb.

What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy shown on Airbnb at the time you make your reservation applies to your stay.
Because policies may change by property, dates, or reservation type, we recommend reviewing the Airbnb cancellation terms carefully before booking.
We also strongly recommend travel insurance for unexpected trip changes.

What payment methods are accepted?
All accommodation payments are processed by Airbnb.
Available payment methods are determined by Airbnb and may vary depending on your location and account.
Luxury World Stay does not directly process payment for accommodation reservations.

Where should I communicate about my reservation?
For reservation-specific communication, we strongly recommend using the Airbnb messaging system.
This keeps your booking details, arrival information, questions, and communication connected directly to your reservation.

Where will I receive check-in information?
Check-in instructions and important arrival information are provided through Airbnb before your stay.

Do I need to stay at a Luxury World Stay property to purchase ROME, LIVED.?
No.
ROME, LIVED. is available separately and can be purchased whether or not you are staying at one of our Airbnb properties.

Is ROME, LIVED. an app?
No. There is no app to download.
ROME, LIVED. works directly through your browser on your phone, tablet, or computer and can be added to your phone’s home screen for convenient access while traveling.

How much does ROME, LIVED. cost?
ROME, LIVED. is $9.95 as a one-time purchase.
There is no subscription or recurring fee.

Does access expire?
There is no fixed expiration date.
Your access remains available for as long as Luxury World Stay continues to operate and support the ROME, LIVED. guide.

How do I access the guide after purchasing?
Your purchase is linked to your Luxury World Stay member account.
Log in to LuxuryWorldStay.com using the account associated with your purchase and open your guide.

Can I share my account?
ROME, LIVED. access is intended for the purchaser’s personal use. Account credentials should not be distributed, resold, or shared publicly.

Can I get a refund on ROME, LIVED.?
Because access to the guide begins immediately and its digital content can be viewed, saved, or screenshotted, purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
