Terms and Conditions for Luxury World Stay LLC

Age Requirement

All guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation with Luxury World Stay LLC. We do not accept bookings from guests under the age of 21.

​

No Pets Policy

We love animals, but pets are not allowed in any of our properties. This policy ensures the comfort of all guests. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation submitted prior to arrival and a refundable service animal deposit of €500.

​

No Children Policy

Our properties are designed for adult guests. Children (under 18 years old) are not permitted to stay. This policy is in place to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all adults.

​

Maximum Occupancy 

Each property has a maximum occupancy limit of 2 guests per bedroom. No additional guests beyond the specified limit are allowed. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of payments.

Booking & Payment

50% due at time of booking.Remaining balance will be charged automatically 14 day(s) before arrival.

Identification

Upon booking, all guests must provide a valid government-issued Passport ID matching the name on the booking. Failure to provide proper identification may result in the cancellation of your stay. 

​

Smoking Policy 

Smoking is not permitted inside any of our properties. A designated smoking area may be provided outdoors. Violating this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

​

No Parties or Events 

Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect the peace and privacy of the neighborhood.

 

All-Inclusive Overview
Guests booking with Luxury World Stay LLC upon arrival will receive, a stocked fridge with ready -to-cook meals,  in-home snacks, wine and spirits are provided complimentary with limits as given, no restocking will be available during your stay.

Cancellations & Refunds  

All paid prepayments are non-refundable. 50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance will be charged automatically 14 day(s) before arrival.

No security deposit is due unless a service animal has been approved in writing by management. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected changes to your plans.

Damage & Property Care  

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages, loss, or theft must be reported immediately. Luxury World Stay LLC reserves the right to charge the guest for any repairs or replacement of damaged items.

Indemnification

By booking with Luxury World Stay LLC, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury World Stay LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, accidents, death or damages arising out of your stay, activities, or use of our services. Luxury World Stay LLC is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your stay or while participating in activities or tours. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being while on the property and during excursions.

 

Agreement  

By booking a reservation with Luxury World Stay LLC, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property.

By opting into SMS communications from Luxury World Stay (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages to the mobile number provided. These messages may include booking reminders, promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, property updates, and exclusive travel opportunities.

Consent to receive SMS marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or booking.

Message frequency may vary depending on promotions, campaigns, and booking activity. We strive to limit messages to a reasonable frequency and avoid excessive communication.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Luxury World Stay is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile provider.

• Providing your phone number through our website forms

• Checking the SMS consent box at checkout or inquiry

• Submitting your number through booking platforms where SMS consent is given

By providing your number, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile device and that you consent to receive marketing text messages from us.

After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS marketing communications from us unless you opt back in.
